Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT.
  • We accept secure payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
  • Orders may be canceled if payment is not completed within the specified time.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery time usually ranges between 2–5 business days, depending on location.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any delivery failure due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Gymnate.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product, only if:
    • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • There’s a size issue (for apparel) or a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued only after product inspection.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Note: Supplements or hygiene-related items cannot be returned once opened, in line with health and safety policies.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • If an order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.

All content on this website—including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Gymnate and protected under Bangladesh copyright laws. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Gymnate shall not be held liable for:
