Yes, we deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh using trusted delivery partners like Pathao, RedX, and Sundarban Courier.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka. Times may vary slightly depending on location and holidays.

– Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80
– Outside Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳130
– Orders over ৳2,000 qualify for free delivery

Yes, returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product, only if it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Yes. Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
