Delivery Coverage: We deliver across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Barisal, Khulna, and Rangpur.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and public holidays.

Logistics Partners: We work with trusted delivery services such as Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier for safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60 to ৳80
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100 to ৳130
  • Free delivery on orders above ৳2,000

Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is unused and in original condition (with packaging and tags)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Hygiene-related items such as gym gloves, if opened or used

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Messenger with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue
  2. Include a photo or video as proof (especially in case of damage or incorrect item)
  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer within 3 to 5 working days.

Exchange Policy

If the item is eligible for exchange and stock is available, we’ll arrange for delivery. Return delivery charges may apply unless the error was on our part.
